  • License rights are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the number of licensed users or sites documented in your agreement, unless otherwise agreed.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the then-applicable rates unless either party gives notice of non-renewal as per the agreement.
  • Fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may be subject to applicable taxes (GST).
  • Modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the software is strictly prohibited except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property
